      Good people. Startup like culture. Professional Infrastructure. Easy access to upper management. Very transparent. Good perks and recognition.

      Cons

      There might be random interruptions from regular tasks. Health care product development involves lot of testing and documentation.

      ICU is a wonderful place to work. If you’re willing to work hard and take on new challenges, this is the place for you. - Great benefits o 401K Match o PTO – tiered based on years of service o bonus program for all levels of employees o Flexible schedule with optional work from home days - Approachable leadership o Open door policy o Creative ideas are cultivated & rewarded - If you work hard advancement opportunities are provided - There is lots to learn with the integration of Hospira & ICU in full swing - Small company mentality – most people are friendly

      Cons

      Company is going through organizational & system integrations. Working through roles and responsibilities can be challenging & frightening to individuals who are not self-assured. Company culture is in development, but hopefully will come to stability when once integration activities have been completed.
