      Pros

      1. Work life balance. 2. Good pay at least if you work in Mexico it is a "meh", compared into how a US salary is. 3. For Mexico we used to get a yearly bonus of 5000 MXN which is around 250 USD, s still a meh. 4. Insurance for your family and you. In general

      These are things that needs to get better in order to improve the site. 1. Not open for new ideas. 2. When i worked for ICU Medical a lot of employees (Union and non union) started to leave the company, this makes feel everyone that this place is not safe to stay and make a career, Even HR manager left the company (For Mexico). 3. There's no opportunity for improvement (i understand that this is a medical company that has regulations and procedures) but the department of quality makes the thing harder than it should be, they also assign you NCR/CAPA to you without any comment, they just "appear". 4. During my work period, i felt that there a "managers" that lack knowledge and want to do something, but they don't know about it, they just raise their voice, which makes them look stupid and they think what they did is "ok".
