      Fast growing with a lot good things in its future

      Cons

      a lot of the higher ups dont know how it is to be on a 12 hr shift so they cant keep moral up on nights

      Pros

      Pay is average at best nothing special, standard benefits like PTO, 401k, health, vision and dental. Work flow is steady with guranteed 40 hours per week.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from management to employees. Not enough chances to grow within the company. Pay is not the best so keep looking else where. Icu medical has to many chiefs and not enough indians.
