      Heaven for Developers and hell for Test Engineering

      Good learning opportunities and a decent package.

      Cons

      Nano-management in Test Engineering and nonsense procedures for WFH. There is no flexible timing and no work life balance. It almost looks like a Govt Job where you have to be on time. Lack of encouragement and poor management. If you want to join as a tester better find a diff company which would see both development and testing in the same magnitude.
