They are a disposable sales company just learning how to sell capitol equipment and they are having a hard time making the transition. Under new management and they expect you to hit your number every year, if you don't you get put on a plan or a letter of concern depending on how far off you were. They don't want to admit that they have a very low market share and it takes years for a hospital to convert to a new product and they have to wait for the contract to expire on their current product. They have a lot to learn and in the process can destroy great products.
