Good benefits, good work / life balance.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what goes on. Lack of communication has been unreal, ever since covid. No one around, all working from home and it is hard to get anything done. Everyone keeps passing the buck. No one is held accountable.

Can't think of anything good to cite.

Cons

If you're working as a contractor, you'll make LESS money when they hire you on. That's right. Your pay rate goes down. Also, the extreme micromanagement and disconnect between Management and regular employees is awful. Moreover, they hire a lot of felons and other criminals so you have to work with a lot of sketchy people. Drug use is rampant there on the job.
