Steady work, get started fast typically through the temp.

Cons

Bad leaders, employees are not valued. Leaders have no leadership skills and are allowed to stay in roles after numerous reports have been filed against them for creating a toxic work environment. Chances for growth are almost zero, it takes a long time for positions become available after several people have already been waiting. No place for growth, depressing and one of the worst places I worked.

The employees were great and did their jobs when the machines were operational. My groups were always working hard to make quotas.

Cons

Micro management from senior supervisor to management. No life balance. Over work the employee and then what to write them up for anything. They hire you to run your lines but get backstabbing for you senior supervisors. They tell you what a good job your doing then say something different to management if they don't get their way.
