      Pros

      Plenty of quiet time to be with your own thoughts. Relaxed atmosphere as a machine operator. Good benefits. Low skill requirements.

      Cons

      Work can be dull. The assembly machines can sometimes run with minimal problems and you will want to fall asleep. Line leads can be pushy. New workers often start out on the night shift, with chances to switch to days when someone leaves or move shifts. Waiting for that can take a while.

      Pros

      Occasional interesting project comes around. 5% 401k match, fully vested. Benefits aren't horrible

      Cons

      Everything is urgent except for raises and promotions. Very little upward mobility, can make 10-20% more at the other med device companies in the area. They would rather outsource talent than promote from within. 3 weeks vacation to start and very little work flexibility (manager dependent, but upper management is against work from home).
