      Pros

      Nah. Amateur hour personified. Sort of fun if you want to watch sixty year old men who get anxious when someone stands next to them at a urinal tremble and stutter. The mass exodus of staff and legacy knowledge was fun to witness.

      Cons

      Purchased a competitor with no idea of what they were walking in to. Desperately overmatched and almost comically over their head. Every level of management looks like a deer in the headlights. Underfunded, undermanned. CEOs and directors couldn't manage a Target.
