Flexible company, lovely colleagues but leadership team are clueless

Flexibility, decent salary, lovely colleagues and amazing boss.

Cons

Processes are terrible, not enough staff resources to achieve the basics so takes months (or longer) to get anything done that should take weeks. US always a priority and rest of the world get forgotten. Feels like we're stuck in the dark ages and are far behind other companies as leaders always think they know best.
