Direct Management is very supportive. Coworkers are always willing to collaborate on overcoming challenges that are presented on projects

Cons

The small company mindset when we are a larger company can be very challenging. Higher ups do not always show they want individuals to grow and continually develop skills. Resourcing could improve because people are overworked. Salary increases are 1.5 % up to a certain level. After you hit that certain level salaries do not continue to increase.

Pros

Free coffee, nice supervisors and leads at night willing to help. And an in house Gym to work out in.

Cons

Working night shift with no shift pay differential. Every night there is some crazy HOT project that got over looked. No support groups on nights with same expectations. High turnover in most departments.
