The only pro is maybe one or two managers that are very nice

Cons

You do the work of a supervisor with associate pay and when they bring in a supervisor for your department you are required to teach them how to do their role instead of just promoting you . No work life balance . Pay is crap for the work you do . The place does not recognize federal holidays
