Pros

It's a new facility with new equipment. They provide lunch every 4-5 months.

Cons

They have AI powered cameras mounted above your head that watch everything you do. They only give you 1 break and 1 lunch break in a 12 hour shift. They do not heat the building in the winter so you have to wear multiple layers to stay warm but you can't wear a hood or beanie that covers your ears. They only give 1 week PTO for first year. You can only sign up for benefits once a year and its in February. Your work day is based on the amount of work they have for you to do. They send people home early almost every day. Some people haven't seen a full paycheck in months. This list of cons is extensive. Avoid this employer unless it is your only option. You will not be happy here.
