Salary only appears better (charter school, so more taxes taken out than a ISD teacher job) Nice building

School is so small teacher per subject per grade (or two) Lack of course options for students Awful and thoughtless curriculum Threat of being fired is unused frequently Revolving door of staff So much gaslighting
