      Lots of responsibilities and opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      With a deeply engrained 80/20 attitude, the company runs as lean as possible. As an engineer you'll wear many hats and have daily shifting responsibilities.

      They make you feel included as long as you, as my manager put it: “do not get in anyone’s way”

      Cons

      Once a person who has been there longer has one complaint about your work, it is impossible for them to let you grow. There is intimidation based on age and gender, and there is an unhealthy balance of control amongst hired employees and temporary employees.
