Pros

The culture here is progressive; they care about their employees and the community.

Cons

Normal large corporation slowness when trying to accomplish anything, but not the worst I’ve seen.

Cons

I guess there are some people who enjoy this type of atmosphere but I really don’t give about what metrics your team hit and increasing productivity. The people who work here clearly are miserable with their home life because they put way to much energy into a company that would fire them without blinking an eye. You get cult vibes when you listen to people in meetings, I feel like they are brainwashing people. On top of that don’t force people to go to your stupid baseball games and team building crap - not everyone enjoys that. I come to work to get a paycheck and go home, not make “friends”. At the end of the day what happens when I leave or when the clock hits 5 - DON’T CARE. If I’m on PTO then that means I’m not working….don’t try and get in touch with me because you’re not getting a response. For some reason this company seems to think PTO means on call, they actually act like you are required to be on call 24/7. And seriously diversity/culture/inclusion - do people care about this lmao….if you do, then you probably need a life because I’ve never encountered anyone who is like “OMG my job is sooooo diverse and they make me feel special” the vast majority of the world doesn’t care so don’t act like this makes you a unique company
