      Great work-life balance, but no growth

      Pros

      They offer a great work-life balance, and the flexibility to work remotely is a huge plus.

      Cons

      I did not see any opportunities for advancement, and the pay was not competitive with other industries for the same position. As a result, I did not feel challenged and eventually left the company.

      Pros

      IDEXX has a great atmosphere; the coworkers, cafe, and laid back work allow me to excel at my job without feeling behind or overworked.

      Cons

      The pay compared to other large companies is lacking. But I believe for the work we are expected to do, and how well organized it is, I am content.
