Overnight shift, unorganized training, management not great

Lack of professionalism. Management shows favoritism. After the incident last summer with the firing of an employee after being harassed by a trans coworker because of he said she said, I knew they stopped caring. They pick and choose what to care about and if you care, you’re a problem. Why would I have to keep it a secret that I got a promotion to a new position? Because it’s an adult daycare and “we don’t want anyone to be upset”. The free therapy would be a good solution to problems like this but instead let’s keep it a secret! Some managers need to be gone. They have more negative feedback but somehow remain an asset while others get the boot. Talking amongst staff about others personal issues and health. Nothing has launched or riled out successfully in a while because the rush and owner work employees.
