I worked 3rd shift and the money was great if you lived in a two people income home. Co-workers were great. A couple of catty people at my location so fights or arguments broke out often. Management wasn't very professional at the time so things weren't handled or ran very smoothly. Not sure if it's changed now.

Hard to take time off. Co-workers could be catty people at my location so fights or arguments broke out often. You get time off, but they'll dictate when you use it.

Cons

When times are tough, they won't let you take a day off. They will cut worker pay without cutting management pay a bit! They only care about their $22 billion.. if you want a company that offers good perks and cares about their employees, IDEXX is not it!
