      Pros

      Great benefits, especially the PTO. They have higher than average PTO and in addition they have a strong focus on mental health.

      Cons

      They are constantly doing "re-org". They let people go at least once a year for it, and there is no real reason for it. Other times, they will buy a new product, decide they don't need people anymore because that product is the one they are focusing on. Then later they realize they made a mistake but will never admit it. They just create the same department again with a different name and act like it's some new cool idea.

      Technology needs a-lot of updating. Communication between departments could also use improvement.
