Pros

It’s a place to work if you live in Maine.

Cons

I worked at IDEXX for 10 yrs and was initially excited about the role, but things took a turn after CEO John Ayres left. The culture became toxic, and it felt like I was constantly overworked without recognition. Despite hard work, multiple members of various teams never felt valued as employees. Wins were rarely celebrated, and management often took credit for employee efforts, leaving team members out of key awards. It was disheartening to see such a shift in the workplace environment, and I ultimately decided it was best to move on!
