      The company itself is great, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and there are truly great people that work here.

      Cons

      Depending the department where you work, work environment is hostile, where leadership has no consequences for their actions. The hours you are expected to work are unacceptable and it's a popularity contest. Think middle school, if someone doesn't like you, you aren't going to excel or grow.
