Pros

Innovation is palpable from the top down at IDEXX. You feel like you are working for a company that is doing good in the world. The CEO is a humble and approachable intellect not a bottom line only driven type but someone who fosters creativity and innovation and that is why IDEXX is doing just that.

Cons

Individual team structure lacking, some incompetent people who have been around for ages seem to exist just to derail progress rather than getting retrained and doing something useful.
