Managed by the new engineers. No other input is taken in consideration when change is upon them. Titles at this company do not mean crap. You only last with this company if you are old and lazy. Young hard working people are shuned and down played at this company. The Board, which is made up of only engineers, has complete controll of the company instead of it being a diverse makeup of different positions within the company. Company's outake: Does not vaule hard working employees. Interns get all the grunt work and are not valued here.
