Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent work life balance and team. Good benefits overall, especially health. An interesting product. Ability to learn new things as we weren't siloed into a single job (pro and a con technically).
Cons
Horribly mismanaged. They seem to have a difficult time getting contracts to keep staff employed with constant waves of hiring and layoffs. Promised perks and bonuses without delivering.
