Pros

This is a great group of people to work with and a fun working environment. Plus good perks, like lunch, snacks, etc.

Cons

I wouldnt call this a con, but there are high standards here - and not everyone would like that.

Great place to grow and learn

Pros

IDV is a great place to grow and learn as a software developer. The team is a very young and energetic crowd, and it has a great start-up feel to it, which can be hard to find in the Lansing area. The technologies used are always cutting edge, and the work is interesting.

Cons

Some teams were starting to form cliques at the time I left. Also, management sometimes expects employees to be fine working at odd hours of the evening. This was pretty infrequent, though. Also, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited.
