good for those who wants entry in IT company without IT background.

Cons

There are different leave policy for seniors and juniors. No leaves for new ID verification officer. Supervisor are having their own monopoly in the team. they will decide to whom they want to leave and to whom not to give leaves.. In genuine situations also they don't care about problems.. very poor management.

The worst company i have ever seen.Very strict eniviorment and stupid laws.They have cofee mechine but when you went for a cofee the managers stares you bad.
