      Pros

      My employment experience with IEA has been fantastic. The management team here is great, supportive & encouraging. There is good energy here on a daily basis. Co-workers are always helpful & upbeat which creates this positive work environment. The shop is always moving which adds to the workday flying on by. Management here is very approachable & the CEO personally holds a quarterly meeting for the entire staff keeping all up-to-date with current company activity & future planning. Excellent benefits package.

      Cons

      Somewhat surprised of the ventilation in the facility. No building exhaust fans.

      Awesome work environment great people to work with I know my job and ability get to travel all over the country

      Cons

      they really don't have any cons but advancing in the field is a little slow at times but that just means they have a low quit rate

      The product that is manufactured is high quality and there are some real good people that work there.

      It used to be a "Mom and Pop" business but now seems to be more about money and politics.
