-Managers are barely trained and same with directors
-Volunteers make a lot of the decisions but don't work in the offices to see the needs firsthand
-Egos abound in upper management and volunteers
-IT department is treated badly
-HR is completely ineffective
-Diversity program was started but is pretty lame -- no real diversity initiatives that matter (they do potlucks, art shows, but no resource groups)
-Teams all asked to cut costs way down so headcount is stagnant despite growth, but they still spend crazy money on things that aren't necessary (sending staff across the world to events where they aren't essential, teams working in silos producing duplicate or triplicate work, etc.)
-Nepotism ...serious nepotism
