- Remote work - Job security but only if you're actively on a project or have other client related projects lined up - Great opportunities for software/app dev folks

Cons

- If on a project with little supervision from your boss, there's little to no knowledge about your daily responsibilities. As such this can be a problem when you need direction or when you're evaluated as an employee. - As noted, not a lot happening in the analytics space hence not a long term fit for analytics folk
