IEM truly provides innovative and science based decision support for Emergency Management, public health, environmental health, emergency planning and many other related subjects. IEM is the most ethical organization I have ever been part of and the whole company is loaded with dedicated professional people.

Cons

Limited advancement within my field as a subject matter expert, but plans are in place to address this issue.
