Upper management
Lack of growth professionally and for the company in general
Stuck on what's worked for the last 30 years rather than improving their processes
Some employees/departments are highly favored over others
Huge disconnect in communication across departments
Some managers and employees are the biggest backstabbers you'll ever meet
You're expected to take on additional work, yet no one wants to properly compensate you for it when the annual reviews come around
Salary is a joke along with the bonuses and raises
Medical and dental insurance is not that great
PTO accrues slowly and you only start with 10 days and after you've suffered for 5 years, you get 15 days
Not a lot of age diversity. Great they have older people who have been there for 10+ years, but not a healthy balance of young, fresh talent. Probably because of the turnover.
Diversity could and should improve
The "flexibile" schedule means be prepared to work extra to meet some outrageous deadline that will cause you to have an extremely long and stressful day
Lack of transparency
Didn't provide extra equipment when working during the pandemic. Only your laptop. You were forced to use your own personal cell phone if a contracted employee didn't have access to Teams. Did not offer reimbursement for this either.
