Pros
I want to start this review off by saying that I fully recognize and respect that everyone has different opinions, perspectives, and experiences and that mine is just one of many. I don’t think any one review (or any one employee’s experience) is more true or more valuable than anyone else’s. But I think it’s important for every employee to share their experience to create a clearer picture of what it’s like working for IEM overall. That being said, my review is going to be largely positive because my experience at the company has been largely positive. I haven’t had any major issues with any of my coworkers or managers since I started. There hasn’t been a single day where I dreaded coming into work, or a single moment during the work day where I wished I didn’t work here. As far as employers go, IEM is more than ok. They do an excellent job at making employees feel valued and respected in the workplace. They have policies in place that safeguard our wellbeing and ensure fair and equitable treatment. They don’t overwork us or expect more than any one person can reasonably give. They don’t employ any shady business practices or expect any of us to be duplicitous in our job responsibilities. I like the office culture and I get along well with everyone on my team. It’s easy, but creative work and, as far as jobs go, I think I’ve got a pretty good one. I’m happy with where I’m at and I’m happy working for IEM.

I think the only thing that could be better are the opportunities for upward movement within the company.
