Strong sense of purpose. Deepest depth and breadth of knowledge in the industry. High caliber planners. Authentic leaders.

Cons

The firm responds to client needs so all staff need to be flexible, adaptable, and willing to put in extra effort, if necessary. At times, the hours can be long and the environment intense.

Every day is new and different. I work with a team of incredible people who are all extremely talented and creative. Our CEO is exceptional and extremely inspiring. So far, I’ve had nothing but good days at IEM.
