Pros

The casual dress code policy is a nice touch. Gives you a sense of casualness. That said you’ll never forget this is a professional work environment. The high workload will make sure of that! I took it all in stride. I know what I signed up for and I’m grateful for all the experiences I’ve had. I’ve since moved on to bigger and better things.

Cons

It takes work to gain the respect of the named partners.

Amazing learning experience. This was my first job out of grad school and although the pay was great, I think I really got the most out of it from a learning perspective.

Cons

Some of the supervisors micromanage their employees.

Absolutely fantastic! I doubt I could have found a better agency to work for if I spent 5 years looking! I’ve only started working here a few months back, but I’m already in love with it. The pay is excellent, the hours are manageable and employees at all levels of the organization are easy to work with. I’m very happy here.

Cons

I’ve yet to encounter any negatives.
