A very good place to work with very helpful and understanding managers. If you don’t understand something all you have to do is ask and everyone in the office is friendly enough to teach you and show you everything you need to know.

Cons

People who don’t take initiative and ask for help end up complaining about how hard the work is and how difficult it is to adjust, when really they just need to bite the bullet and ask for what they need.
