There are some great people working for IEM and they can provide and fun environment.

Cons

Pay is low and there is little to no hope for raises or bonuses; very few, if any, room for advancement. Morale is quite low for most all departments and management seems unmotivated to change it. Management is unskilled at leading and motivating employees. Most coworkers are discouraged and unhappy at their jobs; the revolving door of employees at all levels does not bode well for the company.
