Pros

Good work life balance and remote option was sufficient.

Cons

Anyone can be easily dropped at anytime without any verbal or written notice on any given Friday. Company is currently financially unstable and have let go of so many great talented people.

Good benefit package with generous time off

Cons

Inconsistencies in pay across same job title, harassment and bullying from leadership with NOTHING done about it, facing a class action lawsuit in CA for not paying people properly, blatant lies and misinformation given to staff, requests staff to do illegal/immoral things for the "benefit of the team", the list could go on. Just do yourself a favor and run away.

Pros

I love my team and organization. My manager is great and has grown with me. I have been my biggest advocate with pay and process improvement and my manager has backed me on these things. The new CEO is so far good and we are still waiting to see what changes are coming.

Cons

No paid Maternity Leave. The current medical provider is expensive and not as accepted as it once was when I started with the company. No incentive to stay or grow with the company. Lack of enforcement of policies established by upper leadership from years of just letting people do what they want.
