Interesting data and decent tools.

Cons

Projects would shift focus midway with no clear reason or explanation. The department head seemed to change direction based on whoever yelled the loudest in meetings. I wasted time building reports that were irrelevant by the next day. It felt like busy wrapped in buzzwords.
