Employees are empowered and accountable. Making changes can be fast if you have management support. Flat with minimal hierarchy.

Cons

Not very structured when doing improvements. You are responsible and empowered for it, but really depends on individual's motivation to drive. Little or no guidance.

Must of employees have an excellent attitude and are very kind, is good to have all levels in same site: executives, coordinators, managers, operations, individual contributors. Excellent company to develop and improve abilities, very supportive with training needs.

Cons

Management style need to improve as well as work life balance initiatives. Needs more clarity in some process and compliance with code of conduct. Takes too much time to approve some changes for some cases.
