Pros

They have a really fun, young staff. The owners are so great, really personable and caring. Fairly easy as well.

Cons

Hard to get a raise, or any recognition at all. Everything is about the customer, can never say no to customers. Open on Christmas day so hard to get any time off.

Pros

I worked in the meat department, all my managers were extremely outgoing and willing to work around my schedule as long as I was willing to be flexible as well. The values of the company are always a priority, you're never asked to do anything you wouldn't feel comfortable doing, but you are expected to work hard on the clock and be honest. There are no employee benefits unless you're full-time, but they try to avoid hiring full-time workers.

Cons

Minimum wage for (almost) all employees that do not have "manager" in their job title.

Pros

Family owned Easily adjustable work hours - Any shift can be requested off at anytime as long as you can find a replacement yourself. It only makes for more work if management has to attempt to find someone to cover your shift. Friendly and very helpful co-workers and management Small town business

Cons

Low to state minimum wages No room for promotions, almost all workers can work all positions aside from management positions this being due to it being a family owned and operated business.
