Good for freshers or 1 or 2 year experienced people only .....

Cons

Manager clearly say : if you want increment change company ..so don't expect .. False Promises .... After caogemini take over igate all onsite employee moved under Infra group even if you work for finance or any other domain . Insurance is too costly for Infra domain..
