Good place to work with respect to colleagues, onsite opportunities if you stay long.

Cons

Very bad H.R policies, notice period is changed to 3 months. Offshore salary will never increase. If you be vocal it will fall on deaf ears. Same amount of work but different salaries to the same grade.
