      Pros

      compared to peer companies, flexi work hours.(minimum six hours a day, while mandatory 8.5 to 9.5 hrs a day for many IT giants in India).

      Cons

      Poor compensation compared to peers. Poor quantitative rewards system for appreciating good work. Meritocracy can easily get ignored for promotions.

      - Throws up challenges to its employees - Fairly open to new ideas - Good quality of resources. But loosing them very quickly

      Cons

      - No clarity of roles and responsibilities. People seem to be accountable without authority or have authority but no accountability. - No focus on execution. Everyone seems to be responsible for revenue and margin growth. Who is responsible for execution!! - Very confused senior management - No focus on talent retention
