      Good to start,but not good to stay for a long term

      good to start the career.but not good for long term stay envvironment friendly workplace,lot of onsite opportunities

      less pay,no transparency in performance appraisal,work timings,not very employee friendly policy

      Pros

      Good place for people out of college or FOBs coming on-site. Decent benefits and PTOs. Fairly young crowd. fairly decent internal training portal for new comers.

      Cons

      Revenues almost flat for the last several years. Inspite of this, upper management gets tens of thousands of stock options and the employees get a few hundred at most.

      great campus good work culture quiet many learning opportunities if you get into the right project approachable higher management

      Cons

      juniors (likes a year less experienced than you) get a higher appraisal and slaray banding that you 3 months notice period sucks,
