      Because as it is one of the best company..Trainging in Igate is Excellent.. Oppurtunities to grow up in carier are high..

      Elimination after waiting 1year for joining with another chance is like playing with the lifes

      Everything is transparent, Politics here is not that common however one has to be aware about it in order to save urself

      Cons

      Clients are not stable with teh company . The company looses clients very quickly hence re-deploying people to another project with New JD and responsibilities and also different from the domain
