      Pros

      IGS is a great place to work if you are looking to get into direct sales. The sales process is easy. Your first 6 months will be very difficult, but after your first year, it's smooth sailing

      Cons

      The energy supplier industry is so polluted with scammers and shady reps. It's one of the things that will hold you back, and it will tell you to quit.

      Pros

      Guaranteed weekly base salary. Weekly commission and once a month residual bonus. Presidential circle bonus at years end if you qualify. Excellent benefits and 401 k. Caring management.

      Cons

      There hasn’t been any merit increase to base salary in many years. The commission structure has gotten stale with no alterations in years. One of the companies core products in home warranty was spun off further limiting sales opportunities. The monthly residuals have flat lined and no longer seeing growth in that department. Would be nice to see the company make some much needed changes.

      Pros

      Everyone is so welcoming (including higher ups), promotions are frequent, remote-work friendly (and no signs of that changing so far), room for growth, and feels like the company overall cares about their employees. And most important of all, the company is doing great business wise

      Cons

      nothing major stands out but I guess pay could always be better.
