      Big multinational corporation. Job security. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Mostly dead end positions for development and engineering. A lot of red tapes. Compensation only in the last few years started to catch up the market.

      Great people to work with, very old school tech environment

      Pros

      Most of the people at IGT worked for the company for many years, some employees have worked there their whole careers. The company rarely layoff people which is great for job security and plan a life without having to look for jobs or move every 2 years.

      Cons

      If you are a developer or IT person, you'll find that it's very traditional/old school tech environment. They are very slow to introduce new technologies.
