Pros

Stable place to work Many travel opportunities around the Europe If you want to grow you will definitely find a way. Employee is happy to invest in training.

Cons

Project assignments are very often subject to change and you are dropped from one to another and back. It is common that you have to do 2-3 projects in parallel.

Pros

Lots of resource. Good pays and bonus for senior level Less stress compare to other IT company.

Cons

Lack of promotion opportunity. It is very difficult to get promotion even you meet every goal on your review. The promotion is depend on how well you kiss ass instead of how well you do the job. It is also hard to transfer to other department. Not enough training for new hires.

Good people to work with, talented individuals, salary not bad.

Cons

Good old white boy mentality through out the company. Minorities have to prove themselves and majority of the time will not be sufficient. We had a very talented software tester he left and got tired of the way he was treat it.
