1. It was a good stable job. 2. They did encourage mobility within the company. 3. There were plenty of employees to develop professional relationships.

Cons

1. Decisions were all money based. 2. The HR department knew about employee engagement and inclusion. However, because management only cared about money anything HR did was always a side thing that didn't or couldn't affect your work. 3. Upper management is above everyone else. It is a club and if your not it your expected to beg and grovel.
